Internship at Microsoft Global Technical Support Center - Students or fresh graduates

The internship program is addressed to students in technical universities, fluent in German or French or Italian, which intend to learn more about Microsoft technologies, culture and also to understand the role of Technical Support Engineer, by shadowing existing employees in solving high complexity technical cases for our clients. The overall Internship Program will last 1 month. We intend to give such opportunity to students and graduated two times per year. The first program for 2009 was in March 2009 and the second will be in August 2009.

Internship Requirements:

• Student in final year of study or fresh graduates
• IT background
• Fluency in English and German or French or Italian
• Passion for technology
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Team player
